TERMS & CONDITIONSClear expectations for every order.
Last updated 6 September 2026. These terms apply when you browse the Shumukh website or submit an order for delivery in Qatar.
01Orders and availability
Submitting the checkout form creates an order request. The order is accepted after Shumukh confirms product availability, delivery details, price, and payment method. We may contact you before fulfilment and may decline duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or unavailable orders.
02Prices, discounts and payment
Prices are shown in Qatari riyals. Delivery charges are shown separately before submission. Discount codes are subject to their displayed conditions and one-time codes cannot be reused. Available payment methods are Fawran transfer and cash on delivery until additional methods are announced.
03Cosmetic product information
Product descriptions explain intended cosmetic use and are not medical advice or a guaranteed result. Individual experience may vary. Read the packaging, follow directions, patch-test where appropriate, stop use if irritation occurs, and seek qualified medical advice for a health concern.
04Images and website content
Product photographs are provided to identify and present the items. Packaging, shade, scale, or screen colour may vary slightly. Website text, brand assets, and photographs may not be copied or commercially reused without permission from their respective rights holder.
05Fair and genuine information
Shumukh does not knowingly publish fabricated customer reviews or unsupported guarantees. Promotions and product tags must describe a genuine offer or status and may be corrected when an error is discovered.
06Acceptable website use
Do not interfere with the website, submit false orders, attempt unauthorised access, scrape customer information, upload unlawful content, or misuse discount codes and order systems.
07Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Nothing in these terms removes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights under Qatar Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection and its applicable amendments and regulations.
