When you place an order, we receive your name, Qatar mobile number, delivery area, address, selected products, payment method, discount code where applicable, and optional order notes. We do not ask for an account, date of birth, identity document, or card details.
We use this information to validate and confirm your order, calculate delivery, arrange payment and fulfilment, provide customer support, prevent misuse, and keep necessary sales and accounting records.
Access is limited to authorised Shumukh managers and service providers needed to host the website or complete delivery. Delivery information may be shared with the assigned delivery provider. We do not sell customer information.
Order records are protected in the website’s private management system and kept only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfilment, support, accounting, disputes, and applicable legal obligations. Cart, wishlist, language, and privacy choices are stored locally on your own device.
Contact Shumukh through the Contact page to ask what information is held about an order or to request correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal obligations.
Please use order notes only for delivery details. Do not enter medical history, skin-condition photographs, identity documents, passwords, or payment credentials in the checkout form.
